- Foundation Building: Learn and establish the framework for your own absentee-run Executive Consultancy, a key component of our Transform to Absentee-Run Business pillar.
- Business Appraisal: Conduct reverse appraisals of businesses you acquire, using our provided templates and training, to support our Pre-Sale Optimization & Exit Strategy services.
- Value Management: Create and guide value management plans, working with a network of professionals to drive business value forward, contributing to Strategic Expansion & Future-Proofing.
The Profile of a ValuElevate Leader
- The Leader: You possess 5+ years of experience in Sales Management or Strategic Consulting.
- The Entrepreneur: You have a strong desire to lead your own division within a proven, successful framework.
- The Strategist: You have a deep understanding of business value, cash flow integrity, and the principles of owner-independence.
- The Remote Pro: You exhibit high self-discipline and have a mastery of modern remote communication tools.
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of work or business ownership experience. An advanced college degree is preferred.
- Creative, imaginative, and forward-thinking leadership.
- Inherent business savvy and sharp commercial acumen.
- The ability to skillfully navigate and adapt to varied and unpredictable business environments.
- Competency in Algebra calculations.
- A mature and professional appearance.
- A personal computer and a reliable internet connection are required. A professional website is preferred.
