Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership experience.
- Network: Possessing a current high-net-worth customer base is highly advantageous.
- Aptitude: Creative, imaginative mindset with strong business acumen and adaptability to diverse business environments.
- Foundational Skills: Proficiency in basic algebra and accounting.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills (executive and team level) with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Autonomy: Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to quickly understand underlying business operations.
- Technical Readiness: Access to a computer and reliable internet connection (no travel required).
Your Responsibilities:
- Master ValuElevate’s Business Value Principles & Laws.
- Learn to effectively run your own Absentee-Run Executive Consultancy.
- Conduct precise reverse business appraisals (comprehensive templates and training provided).
- Manage complex business value creation projects, collaborating with sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, landlords, and business brokers.
- Build and maintain your own website and team once you are proven and ready to launch your independent consultancy.
Compensation & Growth:
- Profit-Based: Compensation is primarily based on project profits, supplemented by bonuses from selected programs.
- High Earning Potential: Achieve earning potential of over $100,000+.
- Equity Ownership: A direct path to equity in your own executive consultancy after 2 years of high performance.
Comprehensive Training & Certification:
Initially, you will complete 8 online courses: 4 focused on Business Value principles and 4 on Business Buying and Selling, provided through the International Institute of Business Value.
